Glascote Basin to Fradley Junction
(RETURN – WEEKEND TRIP)
This is a trip of 24 miles, 7 furlongs and 2 locks from Glascote Top Lock No 12.
This will take 10 hours and 36 minutes which is 2 days, 36 minutes at 5 hours per day.

Glascote Basin to Snarestone Wharf
(6 DAY TRIP – RETURN TRIP)
This is a trip of 77 miles, 2½ furlongs and 22 locks from Glascote Basin to Snarestone Warf and return.
This will take 34 hours and 47 minutes which is 6 days, 4 hours and 47 minutes at 5 hours per day.
The Ashby-de-la-Zouch Canal is a 31-mile long canal which has no locks and connects the mining district around Moira, just outside the town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, with the Coventry Canal at Bedworth
in Warwickshire.

Glascote to Gas Street Basin Birmingham City Centre
(5/6 DAY RETURN TRIP)
Total distance is 34 miles, and 78 locks.
There are 2 moveable bridges; 10 small aqueducts or underbridges and 4 tunnels (Curdworth Tunnel) and (Factory Tunnel.)
This will take 24 hours, 56 minutes which is 3 days, 3 hours and 56 minutes at 7 hours per day.

Glascote to Shackerstone
(1 WEEK RETURN TRIP)
This is a trip of 71 miles, and 22 locks.
This will take 32 hours and 32 minutes which is 5 days, 2 hours and 32 minutes at 6 hours per day plus 2 hours on the first evening and 1 hour on the last morning.

Glascote to Great Haywood
(1 WEEK RETURN TRIP)
This is a trip of 49 miles and 12 locks.
This will take 22 hours and 24 minutes which is 3 days, 1 hour and 24 minutes at 7 hours per day.

Glascote to Hawkesbury
(3 DAY RETURN trip)
This is a trip of 40 miles and 22 locks.
This will take 19 hours and 55 minutes which is 2 days, 5 hours and 55 minutes at 7 hours per day.
